What do you like about working at Alstom?

"They have given us a very good platform to work on the railways signalling system."

What don't you like about working at Alstom?

"We have to develop people. No doubt I get very good platform to work, but now I want to develop in different area. After 5 year of completion I should get some other thing to develop, like other subsystem of railways. Development of Other people for the future of the comapny."

"I have seen one problem.we should have redundant resource in our co-workers."

"The company I am working now is having very good career environment,working culture,employee satisfaction and help and supprt"

"just one thing to say be prepare well before appearing any interview"

What don't you like about working at MindTree?

"I am sure there is no negative point to say about the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have done my Master degree in Computer Application and now I don't have plans for management but in near future if I get chance to do then I will join management"
