"Work with great people and had goals to work together as a team. Met all kinds of people who visited the banking center and getting to know different people."

"Job security. There was always some type of new policy that rolled out where if we did something, we could get fired."

"No advancements and way too much unethical practices in upper managment. Those who stutter do not bring down the bank. Those who have disabilities work the hardest and succed the most."

"Do not follow the Enron book of ethics when it comes to handeling fraudulent accounts and be more honest. Promote those who are good and want to be promoted and education does matter."

"Be prepared for situational questions-When did you experience an irate customer and what did you do to diffuse the situation things like that."

"Specific managers were too concerned with speed rather than customer service. Unreasonable policies concerning errors. Would rather fire seasoned employees for small errors and hire inexperienced new employees who will likely make the same mistakes, only worse."
