You will succeed at Citizens Bank if you enjoy working with the public and have exceptional interpersonal skills. After working in the banking industry and return to the branch or other branches as a customer you truly see how important these customer service skills are."
What don't you like about working at Citizens Bank?
"Working for Citizens Bank was not challenging me enough to take the next step in my career. It was merely a stepping stone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to meet on a regular basis to ensure employees are engaged and allow them the opportunity to share their thoughts regarding what the are looking for in their careers and assist in any new opportunities they would like to explore."

"It's a great place to work if you don't want to move up in the company. Just don't expect a promotion."

"I disliked the way the sales were pushed on customers by everyone there."
