"People in company are very good and help each other."

"Good luck. If possible look for better company. This company is as it is from long time."

"Sometime need to work weekends to finish work. Managers are not too good. They always try to push you hard, even when it is not needed."

"The projects are challenging and the work is rewarding. My coworkers are top-notch and I can trust them to do things right."

"Know your SQL. Including how to scale databases out and find bottle necks."

"Often times we have poor IT support and poor network connectivity. Occasionally, our sales guys sell jobs that are a little out of touch with reality."

"Build the infrastructure in the various offices and have realistic expectations of staffing levels vs the level of effort in sales."
