"Mostly the people, and the employee-owned culture of the company."

"No I do not at this time as the economy is affecting their ability to hire."

"Some of the decisions being made were not always the best in my opinion; some employee favoritism."

"To look at the bigger picture and what is truly best for the company."

"The pay, the benefits, the actual work - most of the time."

"Be sure you're ok with government work - and that you don't mind having your actual supervisor NOT know what you do each day."
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"My direct supervisor really has no backbone. And the dichotomy between the contractors and the Feds is blatant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not treat contractors like 2nd citizens. And try to balance the work load a bit - make more people responsible for their own projects."
