"I love the job and culture here at FBL. Team members all support each other and we have open discussions all the time as to issues that we're dealing with, how we can help each other out, etc. Its a very nice job. The only concern that I have is that the company overall is fairly small and not growing significantly. There isn't much room for job growth unless you want to go into management. I'm a tech person, love working with technology and designing solutions for challenges. Over the last 5 years I've assisted in completing a majority of those large-scale challenges, and the job has gotten to be a lot like a daily business as usual operations position, not a lot of engineering/new systems development."
