Submit a Review"The sexism I experienced at Regal Holiday 6 in Davis, CA was the reason I quit. I couldn’t endure it anymore, it was such a boys club environment and the ratio of men to women were 2 women(me and one other)and eleven men. 2/11. It should be way more equal which is why it created that boys club culture that made us feel uncomfortable. I received countless sexist comments and heard so many stereotyped comments and uncomfortable situations. But the far worst was when I was being harassed by an employee below me and when I brought it to my GM he did nothing and the employee just said that I made it all up and it was just a “misunderstanding” my GM did nothing and just told me it was a misunderstanding and to just look past it. They completely erased the experience I had and silenced me which let them control the narrative of minimizing how big the issue was and turning into a small “misunderstanding” so that they could make it go away. I was horribly depressed while working there and the sexism i faced was something that I don’t want anyone else have to experience there again."
