"I wouldn't work here if it was the last cinema that existed. Learn how to treat your employees better and not write up/terminate your employees over stuff that can be resolved with a verbal warning. Also, the employer violated my legal rights to be properly investigated and fired me and when I appealed (to explain what happened) they denied the claim and said they had "insufficient evidence" to support overturning the original decision to separate the employment relationship twice Also, they have a camera in the locker room (which is illegal especially since they hire minors)."

"Make sure you show no emotion, no personality, watch your p's and q's because they'll write you up for stupid stuff and then suspend you for 6 months for being written up for 3 different offenses. Guilty until proven innocent."

"I experienced so much sexism, misogyny, and disrespect at this job. I quit because an employee below me was harassing, demeaning, and disrespecting me and after I told my boss he barely did anything. All he did was ask that employee to apologize, and then they didn’t even apologize and just told me I was lying and making it all up. When I finally quit because of all this (which I had signed NO contract so I was able to quit at anytime) my boss started treating me even worse and mad at me and stated “she will never find another job with that work ethic. Quitting because of an annoying employee and a poor apology, psh, you aren’t going to get a job anywhere”. So he completely demeaned what had happened and downplayed it, and then went on to say that I have a bad work ethic because I want to work somewhere else?! If was a cast of 3 male managers, 1 woman sr team lead (ME), 9 MEN floorstaff, and only 1 women floor staff. So me and her were the only two women with 11 men. It was such a boys club environment and was disrespected by most but especially by the general manager and the floorstaff harassing me ,who seemed close at work, but also just entire feel for the place made always feel depressed, out of place, and uncomfortable which is not a good work environment"

"I’ve worked for Regal since 2006. First as a Business Analyst and the last 7+years as Web Media Manager. I’ve always been given the freedom to do my job as I see fit and have always supported those on my team in their goals. Direct leadership have also always been supportive of my growth as well."

"Regal offers a relaxed environment in which customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. The managers can be somewhat overbearing in times when the theaters get busy. However, for the most part, they wish to connect and enhance the employee experience. Great place to work and very flexible."

"I was employed by Regal for over two years and worked in two different locations for the company. While the employees I worked with were great and the work was not hard, management at these theaters need some real work. I often encountered management in both locations who did not look out for employees or give employees a fair chance to move up or better themselves. Additionally, I have seen management belittle and yell at employees instead of correcting them."
