Submit a Review"The flexibility and self-directed work organization is great! I also feel that Guiding Lamp is one of the few firms that actually resolves tax issues for their clients. I have had the opportunity to help clients from beginning to end and have had much success with the relationships that have been established with the tax authorities. What is do not like are the "on-call" emergencies that can sometimes crop up, but this is not common."
"It is a very challenging position because in this position as a senior manager, you need to perform all the duties yourself, includes prepare income tax returns and review tax provision, review sales/use tax returns and property tax returns. Sometimes the work load could be overwhelming due to the deadline."
