"Be comfortable with transparency; if you don't like your particular manager, there are other opportunities in other groups."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Products Partners?
"We run lean, sometimes too lean, so that we have to often adjust/stretch schedules in order to do the quality work that is required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't think I would do anything differently. Mr Creel is growing the company, communicative with the employees, and has a competent (if not excellent) team surrounding him."

"I was given the opportunity to grow as a human being and further my skills."

"Be honest and be willing to get your hands dirty."
What don't you like about working at Imerys Talc?
"The long hours, micro managing, and not being compensated for my efforts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When an individual is hired for a specific task and has the job skills related to accomplish the task then trust that individual to complete the assigned task. Micro-managing does not work."

"The people who worked in my IS department were friendly and had a positive attitude toward their work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company culture has changed when it moved to southern NJ as I was told by former employees. There were more Aventis people than SanofI people and eventually SanofI people were let go. The culture changed from people-oriented atmosphere to a more strict corporate environment."
What don't you like about working at Sanofi?
"Company bought Aventis and as a result was moving from NYC to southern NJ. Many people chose not to move and afterwards the people who did move to NJ eventually were made redundant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should recognize that there is still a strong potential for growth within mature IT professionals."

"I was certified Cost vs Scheduled Cost Expert (EVMS) and enjoyed scheduling Black World Projects"

"This company was bought out by Boeing"

"I came to them from Texas and so did not make enough to support my family in California"
