"The flexibility and opportunity to provide solutions for customers. I enjoy being in charge of a large network that I built from the ground up."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To be honest, even though I've been involved trying to hire a replacement for my engineer counterpart, I could not recommend employment here to any of my friends."
What don't you like about working at Power-One?
"Internal strife that has broken out over the last few years. The company morale is at an all time low and the captain of the ship seems oblivious."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Become more aware and sensitive to the employee morale. Nothing will take a small company down faster than poor company morale (this includes all but the owner)."
What do you like about working at Ohio State University?
"I do not like since my old bosses were kicked off"
What don't you like about working at Ohio State University?
"CIO has no way to stabilize her senior leadership team and her changes is not effective as former CIO's management style and leadership team."

"reduce politics and choose real technical director in her leadership team"

"GeoLogistic was a freight forwarding company with several international companies and Bekins Van Lines."

"Being able to work with new technology including PeopleSoft Financial and HR suites."
What don't you like about working at Geologistics?
"Senior managment had committed to work with IBM's DB2 instead of Oracle Data Base software for installing Peoplesoft applications. This resulted in adding major work to the implementation for converting the software from one database to the other."
