"DaVita is a great place to work. It is very rewarding to do what we do to make our patients' lives easier."

"Just be yourself. Relax. Know your tech stuff. The interview is very technical."
What don't you like about working at DaVita?
"Long hours on occasion. Work can be some what repetitive."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Mix the work up. Try to spead tasks around so no one is stuck doing project management type tasks."

"I'd still be there if the market hadn't crashed."
What do you like about working at CitiGroup?
"I worked on my own, persuing my duties as required and was able to take on other things that interested me. I had the freedom to work remotely as needed. The benefits were excellent."

"The company is very large. Try to get a reading for the department you'll be working in and the stability of it."
What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?
"Management became very top heavy and it was confusing for the year or two prior the layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Loose the layers and focus more on what your employees are doing for you and the company"

"The company has great benefits and provides excellent support for its employees."

"It's not that I don't like my current company but they don't have positions available for me in the local area."

"Be sure and support the people that work for you."

"Its was a nice place to come to work everyday."

"some like it cold so if you do then go to Wisc and apply"

"Leaving Area so that is the biggest issue that we have"

"Don't Leave, stay and don't close the Bothell office. but thanks"

What do you like about working at Access Highway?
"The years provided do not go back as far as my history (I worked there from 1998 to 2000). As far as likes are concerned, it was a small company, where everyone became fast friends."

"Be yourself. The managers are great, and the people that worked there (10 years ago) have an incredible sense of family."
What don't you like about working at Access Highway?
"Nothing, really. As I mentioned, it was small, so there wasn't a lot of wiggle room for growth."

"I haven't worked there in some time, but I would say keep innovating. It's a hard industry to be in these days."

"The very long hours and 2AM support call were really getting me down."

"Have a broad range of abilities and most of all have a positive can-do attitude. The only time we fail is when we give up."

"Sometimes there's downtime in the workload and would like more steady work."

"I am the management and have an open door policy for improvements from both employees and clients."

"I love working with the people here. I enjoy working with my coworkers and meeting the different people who come and go. I also enjoy helping to solve difficult problems and sharing them with my team."

"I would recommend asking if they have room for growth and pay for additional training. People there are great people to work with."

"I don't like how there is no room for growth in this company. Hard work is not rewarded here, and I am on my fifth manager in almost two years."

"Reward hard work, allow for room for growth or point them in the right direction, and train employees in newer technology that they have purchased."

"UC Santa Cruz is local, which makes for a doable commute."

"Keep your eyes open and make sure you're making an informed decision if you chose to work at UC Santa Cruz."

"The culture at UC Santa Cruz is dysfunctional. The IT organization id riddled with conflicts of interests and internal political power struggles."

"The IT management at UC Santa Cruz would best be replaced with more qualified individuals."

"Amazing benefits, great co-workers, outstanding immediate management, massive infrastructure to play with - lots of buttons to press and knobs to turn, to put it bluntly."

"Positive attitude, play well with others, love what you do, have passion and drive."

"Lack of upper management vision, less qualified people sticking around due to a 4 year stock option vesting period. Using open source technology that has been heavily modified and is now years out of date."

"Listen to the teams and managers that produce RESULTS, not the teams that *appear* to produce results."

"I did not find anything I didn't like about this company."

"The money and bonus is reasonable and I guess you get time to explore things."

"Be aware of the department you join and the manager and director you work with. This makes all the difference."
What don't you like about working at Teradata?
"The honesty and integrity of some management is quite lacking. An amount of consistent long-term vision needs to be communicated and followed. Employees should be treated as valuable assets instead of attempting to force churn by management actions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees more and provide objectives and vision that is understood by everybody and be honest."

"People are great."

"If you don't like politics and you want to stay technical, look elsewhere."

"Very political. reorg every 3 months for no reason. Too many processes and procedures."

"Please stop reorganizing every 3 months for no reason, please."
