"I think that my boss doesn't trust me enough to make the proper decisions. We are a small organization and we spend too much time making decisions by committees that are not qualified."

"Less micromanagement. Trust the experts to be experts in their fields. Too many cooks make the soup bad."

"No comments for interviewing. The process if fairly straight forward."
What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?
"BAE tends to put people in positions they should not be in. So far the manangers I've come across are all wrong for the job and are costing the company money, employees, and lots of wasted time. A simple business course would explain their professional ineptness."

"Stop putting tech's that show no management capabilities in charge of making business decisions and management spots. Stop putting friends in these spots. Hire business managers with business degrees strictly to handle the business."
