"Good luck. There's a lot there to learn, but don't get too comfortable."
What don't you like about working at Honeywell Technology Solutions?
"Although it was perhaps understandable, given that the contract was going away, I disliked that the support I needed and should have been able to expect was minimal. I was described as the last man standing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When your staff begs you for support, and is working 6 days and 60 hours a week, listen to them. Then, when they've served you with their last bit of strength, don't throw them away like an old pair of shoes."
