"It was a very depressing environment. Management was by intimidation, and there were ivory towers."

"If you can go someplace else, do it."

"I disliked the lack of accountability within, and being unable to get anything done. Most people hide and do not do their jobs. All corporate initiatives are driven by the stock price. Benefits erode each year. The unions get what they want, and management suffers."

"Listen to the people who work for you, and escalate their concerns."
