"Had the unique opportunity to be the original developer of Prism API, Prism OCI and as well as participate actively in the deployment, integration of Prism with ERP applications such as Oracle Apps, CGI Momentum, SAP at over dozen federal agencies.Traveling to client locations (locally as well as out of state); working along with the clients as well as business partners of Compusearch helping them to integrate Prism with ERP systems."

"Don't show off that you are too smart or too good. Compusearch Supervisors/Managers are scared of hiring smart people."
What don't you like about working at Compusearch?
"If you are particular learning new technologies to keep up with the rest of the IT industry, Compusearch is not the place to work. Compusearch is a very slow adopter of new technologies.Career growth wise, Compusearch does not perform well.Compusearch does not have proper process in hiring professionals, because I was very much surprised when they hire less competitive people when there were people with excellent skills available."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make the company early adopter of new technologies. Make certain you are hiring people with skills so that work load is evenly distributed. People with skills does not necessarily mean people with experience, there are people with no or less experience but are very smart and skillful."
