"Know your stuff. You will be expected to perform."

"I flew a few times on an aircraft that did not seem to be serviced on any regularity. For example, my second flight ended in a Class C Mishap. Many instances of taking off with all engines running but not all running when landing."

"Walk around on the floor more often."

"Challenging assignments. This company has many interesting problems to solve."

"Be honest, as with any interview. The people there are doing their best in an often challenging environment."

"Too much turnover at the high end. There were many changes in top management during my tenure there."

"Let the engineers do their best work. If top management can stay out of the way, more will get done."

"I think that raises and incentives were difficult to archieve and the job became boring and painful quickly. I had the opinion that the work I was doing didnt truly matter and it would never reach production."
