"I do not recommend seeking employment at EMSI due to dramatically reduced IT staffing and declining revenues."

"New executive IT management is deeply incompetent. Company is in financial distress due to poor executive decisions and failed strategies."

"Flexible schedule and job security. Plenty of opportunities to pick up a project last minute and be a hero."

"The Senior Management are myopic, stubborn and are interested in short term gain over long."

"Fire the CEO and the CTO and replace them with the head of Software Development."

"Excellent work Life balance and whenever I delivered I got growth. Good place to learn things fast!"

"Negotiate well for package and designation, band etc in IBM. You get best while joining. Later, on average growth is slow."

"Management should keep close track on individual contribution. Sometimes, someone is burning midnight oil and other person takes credit. Its discouraging thing for the person who has done hard work for it and work also suffers."

"No dress code, not far from home, not much overtime required, lots of sick time"

"I would say if you don't want to make alot of money, and want job security then this is the place."

"poor management, low pay, hard to advance, dumb employees that are hired with a high title are never demoted"

"management should really wake up and see how many bad employees they have that are getting high salaries aned are do very poor jobs"

"The IT department is typically an organization quite open to embracing the latest technologies and tools so long as these provide a business justification.I appreciate this a lot both from the technical challenges it poses and the advantages it offers in the job market.In addition, the fellow developers are just great to work with both technically, and professionally."
