"BOD brought in new CEO and team from a different industry and the culture changed."

"Do not come in and tell people what to do; ask for suggestions. Especially when the new management is from a different industry."

"Career advancement opportunities were limited in Oregon, and I wasn't willing to relocate to Georgia or Texas."

"Discouraged with product roadmap within my business unit; Information Intelligence Group (IIG). Software licensing model too complex, should be simplified."
