What don't you like about working at Holiday Retirement Corp.?
"IT is the tail wagging the dog. No one cares about the employees and they can be treated like trash. A VP cussed people out on the floor and later was promoted! Way too political and inefficient. Even though they recognize being inefficient, they would rather be inefficient then take the time to implement a better solution."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would implement standard best practices, focus on employee retention as much as recruiting. Give more praise and recognize employees for their work. I also would be available and open to employee concerns."
