"Be smart, be clear about what you know and don't know. Show them your true face and you and they'll be happy."

"Sometimes the size of the company and work could be overwhelming."

What do you like about working at Nimblefish?
"The best thing was that I was always getting to do cutting edge stuff. Designing test plans and testing the newest products, working closely with all the engineers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Bring your A game to the interview. But don't forget to expose your humorous side. Be real, state what you know and be clear about what you don't know. It's a great group of people."
What don't you like about working at Nimblefish?
"Well, that tough, but the downside would be job instability, the shrinking number of clients, and some small political battles."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The most important thing is for Nimblefish to grown it's client base. Either a few more large clients, or several substantial medium-sized companies to keep the business and work rolling faster."

"BridgeSPan was a great place to work, I lovd the people, and the software/services. One of my most exciting times."
What do you like about working at Bridgespan?
"They were great ou with giving you new things to work on, never got boring. The teams in engineering were amazing and helpful. And the people outside engineering were amazing too."
What don't you like about working at Bridgespan?
"I had the longest commute of my career, and that almost killed me. Don't commute more than an hour each way, or you'll burn out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well the company is now out of business, so there isn't a management team to make suggestions to ..."

"Most of my coworkers were very pleasant. I feel bad for those who stayed behind believing in those who ran the company to the ground (prior to 2006)."

"Management was dishonest with its employees. QA was a step child to engineering."

"Shame on you!"

"None. Place I worked will be going under completely in December."

"No job security. Seemed like there was always a treat of layoffs hanging over our heads. Finally my day came."

"Caymas was a small company and there were many opportunities. I was able to set my own direction and worked with many interesting and dynamic people."

"Because it was a smaller company it was not as stable as a larger company. They had to occasionally cut corners which was disappointing."

"This is a small startup. I wish all teams work together to get what we need. I see some times a disconnect between test and the dev teams."

"Need to narrow the product scope and functionality."

"A good experience doing Triple play test equipment, I was the QA engineer and did all the tests including testbed setting, wrote test plan, cases, scripts and reports."
What do you like about working at Spirent Communications?
"Learn a lot of new stuff I never did before, such as setting up network and test environment, wrote test scripts (in Python such as like C++ OO language)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Interview is in general by luck even if one is well prepared after knowing what they want, there is no tip I can give actually. Because I have 5 managers in 3 years when I was there, you can tell how difficult I was."
What don't you like about working at Spirent Communications?
"The company get rid of people easily without considering his/her contribution to the company, many people laid off had been working for more than 10 years, I feel really bad for them. So bad thing is you can not do one thing wrong even if you have done 10 things right, only the wrong one will be remembered."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I could have done a better management than the current ones. It should be an open discussuion with open mind, manager should be willing to listen to any suggestion, and decide if it is feasible and if it is a constructive one. A lack of communication and help will only alienate people and hurt the morale as well."
