"Learn a lot of new stuff I never did before, such as setting up network and test environment, wrote test scripts (in Python such as like C++ OO language)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview is in general by luck even if one is well prepared after knowing what they want, there is no tip I can give actually. Because I have 5 managers in 3 years when I was there, you can tell how difficult I was."

What don't you like about working at Spirent Communications?

"The company get rid of people easily without considering his/her contribution to the company, many people laid off had been working for more than 10 years, I feel really bad for them. So bad thing is you can not do one thing wrong even if you have done 10 things right, only the wrong one will be remembered."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I could have done a better management than the current ones. It should be an open discussuion with open mind, manager should be willing to listen to any suggestion, and decide if it is feasible and if it is a constructive one. A lack of communication and help will only alienate people and hurt the morale as well."
