Senior Project Specialist at Experian
in Chicago, IL

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Disappointing."

What do you like about working at Experian?

"Experian USED to be a great place to work. The people, the structure, the clients, the training provided were all great. They also have a fitness room and outdoor volleyball court on site."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Currently, they are not looking to bring in new business and the current employees live day to day not knowing if they will have their job tomorrow. Until the economy improves and Experian Marketing Solutions starts to bid on new accounts, I would be cautious."

What don't you like about working at Experian?

"Unfortunately, too many layoffs over the past 5 years has really emptied out that company and has put a lot of stress on the people that are left there. Also, not much room for growth when I worked there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reward your employees for their outstanding work. Employees should not be doing the work of supervisors or managers and only being compensated at their job title level."
