"Birlasoft gave my career in the US a jump start, I enjoyed working with them and given the right opportunity, I would work for them again."

"At a time when similar staffing companies were looking at their consultants as a $ figure and forcing them to be billable in any which way, people Birlasoft actually cared about me, my exxpertise, my liking and my carrer advancement. They provided me varioius opportunities to grow from a programmer to technical lead, project manager, and engagement manager."
What don't you like about working at Birlasoft?
"There's nothing I did not like about Birlasoft. The six years I worked with Birlasoft saw my carrer grow. No complaints."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I like the way the management organization has evolved within Birlasoft. The people I directly worked with are now VPs, Sr. VPs and Exec VPs at Birlaost. Their spirit is what resulted in my fond memories of my work at Birlasoft. Continue driving, mentoring and delvoping professionals in your organization such as yourself (making more of you)."

"The physical space was restrictive. When I was there the company's growth had outstripped the premises."
