"There was up-to-date technology and sometimes you were able to express yourself."

"If you do not want to grow in your career and just have a job - it's the place for you."

"Often ideas were shot down, you could not be fully creative. There was absolutely no room to grow or incentives."

"Try working with your employees and listening to their ideas, they may just have good ones for the benefit of the company. You can't always be controlling."

"Landor receives tons of resumes and upper management is well aware of it - they bank on their reputation just put your best foot forward."

"Too much WPP concern regarding year over year growth regardless of economic conditions in the marketplace."

"Stop rearranging the furniture, give out bonuses instead. Set up a clear career path within the WPP group of companies so good talent isn't lost because they feel there is no way to advance their career."

"Unfortunately the company was closed down durring the financial crash of 2006."

"There was nothing that stood out in my mind that I didn't like."

"There nothing there to dislike, but if you want advancement its not there because its a small manufacturing site."

"typical mega corporation benefits, health, prescription, vision, dental, 401, etc"

"local recruiters stopped working with this company about 3 years ago"
What don't you like about working at Hach Co.?
"for last couple years they have been outsourcing both blue and white collar jobs at a rate of one or two people a week, as you can imagine morale is terrible"

"pretty soon the only people who will be left will be the CEO and Janitor, and all your intellectual property will be in China/India"
