"I was able to make my own decisions and surround myself with other great employees."

"Suntron couldn't say no to their customers at times when the requests were outrageous and would lose large amounts of money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management in the manufacturing arena was good. The issues experienced that evenually brought Suntron to its demise were issues pertaining to the business aspect of the company. The quotes given to the customers were so low that Suntron lost money in manufacturing many of the products. This continued too long and in 2005 the decline in business and number of employees began."
