"I love the opportunity to see others fulfill their potential. Getting reporters up to speed, making sure they find balance and cover as many perspectives as possible, while conveying their story in a tight script is a pleasure. Debating the stories that we will cover that day is exciting. You find the passion of your staff in how deeply they hunt and how they look at the story. Getting the chance to host and continue reporting myself was also deeply satisfying."

"Finances were unstable as with many startups and that makes for a stress filled environment and allows distractions to occur frequently"

"Think of it as a great place to gain experience, but not a great place to stay forever."

"Little chance to move up within the company, salary was not going up either, even though cost of living was."

"Managment pretty much leaves you alone unless you screw up - in which case they pay attention to you. Would be nice to have more positive interaction"

"I totally enjoy working with the owner, FTM staff, and clientele. If I have to say something, I guess it would be nice to have a fulltime senior management position."

"The culture is bad, in fact it is toxic. Everyone is worried about getting laid off."

"It is a steady pay check with health insurance and dental insurance."

"Say that you don't have a life and will work for very little money with little rewards."
What don't you like about working at IW Group?
"The morale is very low, very low salaries with unreasonable schedules. Disorganized and no one works together. The creative is below average. There isn't anyone in Account Management that knows what they are doing."

"Need to take a closer look at how the creative directors work. Account Service doesn't know how to manage clients."

"Having the responsibility of my project and team and seeing our project getting completed from start to finish."

"Research the company and be a well rounded individual. Make yourself stick out."

"That I had to move away from this company. It was a nice place to work."

"Look outside the box for new creative talent when hiring new employees."

"They are very sincere, professional, creative and motivating. You have a strong family feeling when working with them. They are a positive team of producers, directors, writers, editors, crew members, engineers and executives."

"Be energetic, outgoing and serious. They don't play games. Know your stuff and come with a vision of growing."
What don't you like about working at Alpha Media Group?
"Can't really say theres anything I don't like about the company. Maybe being in the entertainment field you just have to adjust to whatever project your working on, but thats just the industry not the company."

"At this point I think they are really on point. They are very open to your suggestions, and are wiling to make the necessary changes if needed."
