"I'm addicted to any new challenges that provoke my potentials, and my career gives that to me. And I don't have any reason to hate my career, except that I might be obliged to stay at work for a late hour, which is not a major problem though."

"My greatest satisfaction comes when I know that I have improved someone's quality of life through improving a work practice/function or being involved in a project that users appreciate. Having said that I also have to say that the job can get distasteful when it is either so tightly constrained by policies and procedures or is not controlled at all - the 1st stifles creativity and the 2nd allows too much room for poor coding practices."
