"I worked there 24.5 years and gained an immense amount of valuable experience. I worked with great people and would still be there if it weren't for the demise of the American Auto Industry."

"I would advise them to be cautious about entering the auto industry. It is a boom or bust business. I really would advise people to look for more stable industries."

"We were part of the American Auto Industry and were subject to the market changes. DelphI was trying to improve its product portfolio to improve its bottom line."

"Stay the course. They were doing what was necessary but the market and economy was working against them."
