"entrenched sel-absorbed (you owe me) work force, older staff are simply coasting to retirement, failure to respond to requests in a timely fashion, stagnant bureacracy that chaning the head snake does not replace the unquestioning underlings.Future opportunty can be squelched once smeone finds you do a good job - the most promoted or traded are those who don't produce.Salary benefits (keep taking it in the rear) pale in comparison to UAW - but UAW is getting an awakening."
