"The dynamics of working for the Army and never knowing what can be thrown at your way on a given day. Knowing I was serving the American people."

"Look at the whole person and not just the education and degrees earned."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"The uncertainty of not being at home, and possibly not coming back home. This possibility looms over our entire Army, but it never dampens our resolve."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I understand the need for higher education, but for career Soldiers, that is sometimes hard, even now more than before. I would ask that you take into consideration experience as well as education."

"instrucstions are very unclear and weak system which cannot support local business."

"instead of HQ centralizes everyhting, it should be more localized"

"You must be a very dyamic individual that likes challenges. Be sure you stress that while interviewing."

"Vendors and customers at times lacked expertise in the industry which lead to constant, costly and time consuming changes."

"Create transparency in service abilities, communicate those well internally and externally and finally, hold people responsible for their actions."

"I was able to own a lot of responsibility. I was accountable for my performance and results. I was able to own a leadership position, which is one of my strong suits. There are a lot of good people who work their as well."
