"They grew too fast - expected current employees to take on too much."

"Chase owns them - they are out of business now."

"I loved dealing with many people and multitasking. We were always very busy."

"I dislike that it was a temporary position."

"None - company no longer in business."
What don't you like about working at WaMu?
"Knowing that the borrowers were not really qualified for the loan, however DU and manual underwriting would approve using the guidelines of that time period."

"Be more conservative in the underwriting of loan."

"The people were amazing. Had a great attitude, and people were always willing to help others."

"Well, where I worked is no longer in operation, so it was bad that my friends lost their jobs."

"Out of business now."

"WaMu was my first experience working on the lending side. I enjoyed my job, but I had taken a pay cut and the office was further from home, so when a better position came closer to home, I took it."
What do you like about working at WaMu?
"It was interesting to see the lending side of it. I had always been the customer, so it was nice to be on the other side for a while."
What don't you like about working at WaMu?
"We would work very hard to get loans cleared to close, only to be told by the closing dept. that closings had been cut off. That was hard for me because I'm very driven and if I'm working hard to get something done and then the next step just isn't there, it doesn't work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"That branch closed down not too long after I left. I had told the Director there that you have to allow closings or you would be closed down and that is ultimately what happened, because they didn't put out the numbers corporate was looking for."

"Ameriquest Mortgage no longer exists"
What do you like about working at Ameriquest?
"It was a great oppurtunity at the moment of employment. I learned a lot, worked with a great team, and was able to grow and move up quickly."
What don't you like about working at Ameriquest?
"By the end of my employment, the company was struggling, ended up selling, and closing its doors."
What do you like about working at Long Beach Mortgage?
"I enjoyed being able to ask questions, learning. I always had one of the top producers for the region I was in. I enjoyed being busy and being able to help other people. Trained new people and had respect of all of the managers."
What don't you like about working at Long Beach Mortgage?
"I did not like that they closed. I would still be there if they had not closed."

"Better communication."
