"Don't be afraid to say what you think, about anything the process the finished product. I deming seminar constant improvment is the goal."

"The few cuthroats, backstabers that take your idea and claim itas tier owm"

"Take a man who can improve the process, and make the co. more money, reward him with say 1/1o of the amount he would save the co. in the 1st year."

"I liked designing test equipment for the manufacturing floor where I decided what needed to be done."

"If you are trying to get a job as an electronic tech make sure you go over your electronic material before going to the interview."
What don't you like about working at ESAB?
"I did not like doing technical work such as testing, troubleshooting and repair."

"listen to people when they suggest ideas for change that could help the company."
