"Watch your back. I did my 30 years there and then they put the target on my back along with several others who had their 30 years in, they did everything they could to get us out the door."

"It's a business with NO respect for the individual. All about the money for the executives."

"The image of the company was top notch when Tom Watson was alive, since then it's in the toilet."

"I enjoyed working with several excellent team members and a knowledgeable customer. The intellectual capital infrastructure was very helpful in not having to re-invent the wheel."

"I felt many technology decisions were often made by upper management and were often not the best choice for the problem at hand."

"Listen to the guys in the trenches."
