"don't bother, unless you have no plan to advance or grow with a company."

"no assistance from management with problem equipment. no benefits, raises, bonuses...."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"team work, remember it's still your company. it we don't work together your company will fail for sure."
What do you like about working at Shands at the University of Florida?
"It used to be the best place until shands took over then they started firing or forcing out all the UF people, not that UF was much better, they care little to nothing about the staff there it was really the worst culture I have ever seen, very sick and unhealthy, lots of back stabbing outright flagrant discrimination and harassment daily"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"if you want to be treated like scum and make 20-30% less than your counterparts in the outside then by all means go! better have a backup plan there havent been raises in 5 years the HR at UF is totally hostile towards the workers and the organization as a whole knows nothing about managing employees the overall attitude/atmosphere there is not conducive to long term health"
What don't you like about working at Shands at the University of Florida?
"I didnt like being harassed belittled denigrated abused and mismanaged daily, its funny how a place that is dedicated to learning and excellence has no clue about staff or employees - the lifeblood of the university and any company....."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"most of them should learn how to actually manage, few of them knew how to , there were exceptions, but overall they treated employees as if they were disposable Replaceable Work Units not valuable assets but throw away items"
