"Think about our work and private life balance and give us time for fun."

"The immersion in new technologies, keeping up to date. I always have enjoyed learning new technologies."

"For my position you need to: love travel, keep up to date on your field of expertise and always keep your eye on technology direction."

"Travel puts a different aspect on my work week and at this point I need to be home more."

"None, I just need to make a change. I have the utmost respect for the management team at IBM."

"To work for IBM you need to be willing to travel."

"Having to travel 4 to 5 days a week, and weekend work."

"There needs to be more balance between work life and home life."

"The company is no longer exists. The employees were amazing people, although corporate had a bad work ethic."

"This company no longer exists as it did before due to bankruptcy."

"I was given responsibility and a title from the get go. My boss was extremely confident in my abilities to the point of being hired on the spot as I did a walk in inquiry for the job. I literally worked the very same day."

"Don't fire your top performers because they make the most money. This inevitably lead to the company's downfall."
