"I was given responsibility and a title from the get go. My boss was extremely confident in my abilities to the point of being hired on the spot as I did a walk in inquiry for the job. I literally worked the very same day."

"Don't fire your top performers because they make the most money. This inevitably lead to the company's downfall."
