"I like having the flexibility to make business decisions based on history and knowledge."

"It was a startup company and they did not have enough personnel to run it. So we had to fill in other positions, which sometimes hurt our commissions."

"I believe giving someone a chance to prove themselves and giving the education about the products is good. I also believe in everyone sharing their successes so that others may use that information to build on or take away for them to be successful."

"This is a great company to work for I have no complains nor issues."

"National Sales team, poor new inside sales training, slow engineering and purchasing response. Relatives working on the same team"

"Follow up employees questions and suggestions. Separate relatives from the same work environment"
