"I love developing products that have challenging engineering problems. I get a great deal of satisfaction out of finding the solution to a problem, and implementing the solution as a deliverable product to a customer. At times the job can be tedious, but that's the work that needs to be done to reach the end result of a solution."

"I was free to work at my own pace as long as I met my deadlines. Also I was able to work independently with out some one standing over my shoulder. I was trusted to get the work done"

"Upper management failing to focus on the core business causing sales to drop to a point where the re-structuring was necessary"

"Focus on selling the products the you know how to sell and create a team to sell the products that you do not yet know haow to sell."

"I loved to work there when AuraSound was based in Phoenix. I did not want to relocate to LA."

"I enjoyed designing state of the art audio products with a unique group of engineers."

"This company in crazy about top end audio performance. You need to love audio to work here!"
What don't you like about working at AuraSound?
"They moved to LA with no offer for cost of living increase or relocation costs. Have had much better benefits at other jobs."

"More benefits and better salaries to help keep talented people."

"Make sure you understand the actual day-to-day tasks expected of you."

"1. Managers have poor leadership skills. 2. Heavily dependent on US team for directions - can get frustrating. 3. Most of the actual work happens in the US, India only gets minuscule tasks. 4. Mostly testing and customer support work in India. 5. Uninteresting work atmosphere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to employee grievances. Make sure that there is a good balance in the work distribution across offices around the world."

"Doing leading edge real time programming with some chance to travel."

"Watch out for what you ask for. You may think something is unreasonable, management may see things differently."

"Crazy schedules based on when hardware is available, at least give people a consistent schedule."

"Sometimes people are just as important as the hardware. Management could get more productive work from employees, if they tried harder to keep us happy."
