"HealthNet is a great company in the growing healthcare industry. It is a friendly and positive environment with a high quality management team. HealthNet provides for diverse technical growth opportunities with a mixed platform of both .Net and Java. Our team is responsible for a public-facing, mission critical web application portfolio used by 3.1 millions military beneficiaries. Overall it is a challenging and rewarding place to work."

"Before the interview, do your research on the company and job requirements. Be able to give examples of why you are right for the position. Know yourself and why you have been successful at your past job(s). Be able to explain the impact you have had on your previous companies."
What don't you like about working at Health Net?
"Due to a budget cut within the Department of Defense, our companys budget has also been impacted greatly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote more reuse in application development, drive the app development to a low-cost base and reduce time to market."

"Steer away if you have a desire to work with standard technologies, as opposed to custom frameworks. If rendering entire UIs by hand typing a custom XML file (not XHTML or XAML) sounds like fun, go for it!"
What don't you like about working at PulteGroup?
"I don't like the lack of career growth/introduction of new technologies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not micromanage. Employees getting paid 90K per year should not be spoon-fed tasks, and should be able to handle prioritization of tasks on their own."
