"Understand that it's a challenging environment on several fronts - a mature start-up with growing pains; the cultural differences with the predominenatelly Russian ownership/leadership; and the influence of outsiders who have only worked at one or two other firms."
What don't you like about working at Parallels?
"The frequent commute to the Seattle headquarters from my home in Texas."

"The leadership team needs to take more time to learn and understand how the effectiveness of a communications program is measured."

"The CMC is central to a lot of new media technology, with over 20 R&D projects at any one time. It is invigorating to be part of that."

"The levels and complexity of decision-making in a large, highly matrixed company can be difficult when you are front line with clients who have immediate needs."

"None. If you are entrepreneurial it can be frustrating to work there - if you are good at gaining consensus for projects you can thrive."
