"One should be willing to make a difference in the company. Everything is not clearly laid out for you. Which may work for certain personalities."

"There are some processes that need to fixed mostly to do with task ownership across departments. But with our leadership this is likely to improve."

"As mentioned above, a smoother process to manage inter-department communication."
