What do you like about working at BancTec?
"I was able to use my degree earned from tech school to have my first career."

"The people that I worked with were great and I still have interaction with them after five years of being out of that position."
What don't you like about working at BancTec?
"The financial industry was beginning to decline, so I needed to look for another career."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You need to provide the engineers with the proper training, tools, and trust to get allow them to get the job done."
What do you like about working at First Data?
"clean, safe enviroment and had the freedom to do your job right"

"know your electronics and have strong mechanical skills and be able to rebuild computers"

"no advancement opportunities or raises for the last five years"

"listen to their employees and treat them with respect, and up hold company policies"

"Career growth was difficult at IBM. Training was excellent."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"OEM hardware/software provider. It gave me the opportunity to work in the enterprise space and allowed me gain knowledge via training and OJT of large printer systems."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"After hours work, no system for call outs. The dispatchers would start calling homes based on their last name... mine starts with a B and I would never refuse a call."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a system of on-call based on a schedule, not random. Improve career pathing and mentorship."
