"The company was close distance to my house and not far from education facilities for future family."
What don't you like about working at Southwest Engineers?
"We had little communication between engineers and the design team and too little designers with knowledge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would advise more training for the designers as wellas current tools and technology lessons for the engineers."

"If you decide you want a new job because you are burnt out, don't tell them look outside the company, or you'll wind up with two jobs within the company."
What don't you like about working at Alcan Packaging?
"I was overwhelmed trying to work two different jobs within the company at the same time, Graphic artist(20hrs) for Agency & Senior Draftsmen for New Product development (40hrs)."

"Educating your employees is an investment in the future, not an expense."

"GE Nuclear was fun to work on tooling for the reactors."

"Sometimes they have you work to many hours. Up to 90 hours in some cases."
