"Candidate need to be very smart and knowledgeable. They look for people who are smart in solving problems, rather than just technical."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"The company is not doing the performance analysis in a good way."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management can spend on training the team. The performance analysis and proper pay increase must be there."

"I would have suggested that the management take a more active role in understanding the roles that key individual actually played and how it contributed to the company on the whole."
