"They now have an 18 month rule for consultants, so training is an issue."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Once a person gets trained and can provide value as a consultant, they have a little time left on their contract. It is inefficient to re-train so often."

"The opportunities were always available until the merger and all the restrictions posed by going through such an effort. Perhaps once the merger is completed, these opportunities will be available again."

"I do not like the lack of flexibility in contingent worker policies."

"Please consider the loss of talent before moving forward with business decisions for contractors and full time employees."
