"An attorney asking for help at the last minute, making me late for my appointments. So, I would make them happy and stay and get the work out."

"Making sure that if there is a problem, they (the staff) will have someone to come and talk to and voice their opinion when they feel something has been done wrongly."

"I learned a lot the first year, and then leveled out after that. I didn't have that many career growth opportunities."

"None, this is a great company, it just wasn't for me."

"The pay and benefits are good and there is good growth potential due to high turnover."

"Not really sure, the interviews were very informal, mostly questions about my resume."

"The hours are terrible, especially during busy season, there are weeks well into the 70 to 80 hour range. Lots of travel too."

"Better work life balance and better training."

"Make sure that you strike the balance you want - it's easy to want everyone to like you and love your work product but that's impossible."

"I report to approximately 10 people that are all looking for someone to point the finger at."
