What don't you like about working at KPMG?
"The firm is poorly managed by upper management. There are too many chiefs and not enough workers to get the job done. My average work week is between 55 - 60 hours a week and I still do not have enough time in the week to get all of my work done. My supervisor takes at least two days to answer any emails I send him if he answers them at all. I am expected to be on call and yet I am not provided with a cell phone or aircard yet there are people in the firm that have these options yet they do not use it, but money is spent on the equipment that is provided to them when they first join."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should leave their positions and let the qualified people that can manage an organization run the firm."
"Great for college grads, not for experienced professionals."
