"I had complete control and responsibility for the laboratory I built and operated myself for six years."

"Stop trying to operate labs at less than 15% capacity."
What don't you like about working at Pfizer?
"I received very little support and logistics. I was easily doing the work of three scientists in a very isolated work environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop hiring PhDs left and right and add more real laboratory FTEs."
