"I've worked at Catalent for over 3 years now. I started out as an Associate Scientist and after almost 3 years, I was promoted to a Senior Associate Scientist. The work that I do is good, I enjoy the concepts and the variability of the work. However, it is definitely not for the faint of heart. The hours can be long, upper management can be stressful, and the overall culture is in dire need of help. It is a great place to get your experience with a wide variety of instrumentation, but not so much for a long and prosperous career."
