2.9From a Desktop Support Tech's point of view, this company is half assed on a GOOD day. The network administrator does a lot of cheap repairs to computers, and many PCs are 6 years old or worse. He refused to even wipe out and reload windows in almost all cases, he would try to patch them up and say they were ok. The network is slow, it has wireless connection problems, the employees all know it, and I am amazed that he even got to be a network admin. Not recommended.
3.5I worked for Senior Aerospace SSP for 1 year and learned a great deal, I had the pleasure of working with many outstanding individuals. The production facility boasted a variety of capabilities that allowed them to keep a lot of manufacturing processes in-house which was a key competitive advantage that helped the company stand out from the competition. One negative worth mentioning is that decisions were frequently made at a high level to realize short term profitability gains that would ultimately harm the company's ability to ship lower margin products for severely delinquent programs, resulting in unhappy customers exploring alternative sourcing options. These decisions cost the company in the long run.
4.1I have worked in Senior Aerospace SSP for a little bit more than five months. It was a great experience, but I had to leave due to involuntary reduction in work force due to Covid-19. The overall experience was great, but keep in mind the company has a very high turn over rate, and the work pace may seem as too fast for some employees. There also seems to be a communication problem as upper management typically does not communicate as effectively to their respective employees. Regardless, everyone is pretty friendly to each other, and as long as you have the attitude of trying your best, you will get a lot out of the company.
